By accessing and using the services provided by Web124 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Web124 provides web design, development, hosting, and AI consultancy services. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or formal proposal agreed upon by both parties.
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and access required for the completion of the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project delays and potential additional costs.
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design and custom content created specifically for them. Web124 retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
We retain ownership of any underlying code libraries, frameworks, or pre-existing tools used to build the site, granting the client a non-exclusive license to use them as part of the final product.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our managed hosting plans, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and downtime may occur due to maintenance, hardware failure, third-party outages, or cyber-attacks. Where we offer service credits for downtime that falls below our target, these are set out at [PLACEHOLDER: service credit / SLA remedy terms, if offered] and are your exclusive remedy for such downtime. Any liability arising from downtime or data loss is subject to Section 7 (Limitation of Liability) below.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Subject always to Section 7.1, and to the extent permitted by law:
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill, or that are not as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights. For more information about your rights, contact your local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards office. These limitations reflect what we believe is fair and reasonable given the nature of our services and the price paid for them.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
